Insurance Policy Presentation August 28, 2026

Dianna Kaspar, our Community Association Underwriters (CAU) liaison, will give her annual insurance presentation to unit owners from Divisions 7, 11, 16, and 17 (Sunland North) on Friday, August 28, 2026.  The presentation will start at 1:00 p.m. and will be held in the Sunland Golf Course Ballroom.  New owners can find out how CAU’s master policy works for their division and what kind of personal insurance they will need to purchase on their own (known as an HO-6 policy). With many changes in the insurance industry this past year, all owners can benefit from this presentation.  Dianna will also take questions from the audience.
