Annual Election Timeline and Procedures (2022; example)
Necessary action steps begin in April. Although the annual meeting and election are not held until September of each year, ballots, board candidate biographies, formal annual meeting notice, proposed budget, etc. need to be developed and approved by the board well in advance of each annual meeting and mailed to each owner at least 30 days before the meeting. A sample timeline and examples of materials from past annual meetings are retained in the Division archives as templates for subsequent years; see linked above timeline for an overview.
