Division 17 Residents:

 

First of all, on behalf of the Division 17 Board, thank you for your participation in the election and annual meeting this year for Division 17!  We are gratified by your support and look forward to serving  the community throughout this next year.

 

 

1)  Residents Terry Main and Tom Steffen were elected to the Board of Directors. Terry joins the Board as Treasurer and Tom joins as Member at Large.  Welcome to you both!

 

2)  CC&R Amendments with corrections:  104 accepted, 0 rejected.

 

3)  2015 Budget: 99 accepted, 8 rejected.

 

4)  Financial Records Review versus Full Financial Audit:  Financial records review, 98 accepted, full financial audit, 3 accepted.

 

The Sunland North Division 17 website will be updated within the next few days with the election results.

 

The Board also thanks Cindy Rhodes, retiring Board  member  and Treasurer.  She has done an absolutely outstanding job for our community and no thanks can be enough!  Thank you, Cindy!

 

Our Board meetings have been the first Tuesday of each month.  Following the Annual Meeting, the Board was required to have an organizational meeting, which occurred yesterday, Sept. 11th.  Roles and responsibilities were assigned to the new Board members and re-confirmed with the existing members.

 

Because of schedule conflicts for Board members, the next Board meeting will be held October 8th, a Wednesday, from 2:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m. at the Gathering Place.  As the time draws closer, a reminder announcement will be sent out to the community.
