Who Does What
Sunland North will follow the recommendations of local, state, and federal health authorities concerning public health.
Sunland Division 17 Owners Association is governed by an elected five-person volunteer board of directors. Board members must be homeowners in the Sunland North community. The directors are elected for two-year terms, and the terms are staggered and overlapping to help provide continuity across election cycles. Elections for upcoming board member vacancies are held at the annual Sunland Division 17 owners meeting each September. The board appoints volunteer chairpersons as needed to head various committees and special projects (e.g., architectural control, landscaping, exterior maintenance, and nominations). The Sunland Division 17 Board establishes a regular meeting schedule each year. Homeowners are encouraged to attend and observe these meetings. Notification of any necessary changes to the meeting schedule will be emailed to owners and posted on this website.
