MINUTES FOR THE SUNLAND DIVISION 17 ANNUAL MEETING
The annual meeting of the Sunland Division 17 Homeowners Association (“Association”) was called to order at 11:30 a.m. All members (Kevin Estes, Jerry Strawn, Dick Stuhr) were present. There were no others present.
The first item of discussion was a review of the current budget. The members ratified the assessment change to $125 per month per unit. All budget items remain in line with expectation.
Field mowing of the 100 feet into the open space of the northern boundary of Phase I was discussed. There is a provision in the CCR’s to allow the Association to mow and pay for field mowing of this area. Kevin Estes will get a quote to determine the cost of this work. Kevin Estes will report his findings to Mr. John Burns, Landscape Rrepresentative for the Association.
Construction design and placement of a monument sign was discussed. The cost of the monument sign is provided by the Builder and is expected to be erected in the first quarter of 2001. The sign will be located in the space left available for a sign on the southeast corner of Lot 1.
There were no new items to address.
The next meeting will be determined at a later date.
The meeting adjourned at 12:30 p.m.
