    • Approve minutes from 2011 Annual Meeting
    • Status of transfer of roads in Sunland North to Clallam County.
    • Status of water meter and splitter installments in Sunland North.
  3. New Business
      • Declarant transition
      • Discussion of proposed amendment to Bylaws for Board member terms.
      • New $100 fee for processing real estate title transfer requests.
      • Exterior maintenance update: Pressure washing and moss treatments, trim repaints are in process for homes identified in the July newsletter.
  4. Members Report: YE 2011 review, YTD 2012; Member count is 103; Reserve balance in CD’s, discuss proposed Budget for 2013.
  5. Other items that may become before the Board.
