- Nominations for elected position of the board due to Sunland Division 17 Owners Association by September 1, 2011 by mail to O. Box 1655, Sequim, WA 98382 or email ownerinfo@sunlandnorth.com.
- Anticipated transfer date of Sunland Division 17 Owners Association from Developer to Owners to occur in Next transfer of responsibilities will be Administration and Accounting functions to third party.
- Exterior maintenance update: Pressure washing of tile roofs is necessary maintenance recommended from the roofing manufacturer.

- Members Report: YE 2010 review, YTD 2011; Member count is 103 Reserve balance in CD’s, Reserve Study; discuss proposed Budget for 2012, determine any assessment increase and effective date.

Review Insurance Requirements for the Association
- Review renewal policy with CAU. Policy is issued on a three year basis at a guaranteed three year rate.
- See Section 1 (a) of CC & R’s, attached. Determine replacement value of the units and all personal property in the Common Areas.
Insurance company issued policy at Guaranteed Replacement Cost, see attached. Deductible is $5,000.
Discussion with Declarant determined these amounts are estimated to be reasonable.
Annual premium is $35,162.
Earthquake coverage is included in May 2009 policy with CAU. Limit of Insurance is $33,525,000 with a 10% per building deductible.
Directors and Officers policy remains in effect with Travelers.
