Minutes of the First Meeting of the Sunland Division 17 Owners Association
Held Wednesday, May 5, 1999
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.by Kevin Estes, Agent. Others in attendance were Jerry Strawn and Dick Stuhr.
A motion was made and passed to name Kevin Estes as Agent for the Association. A motion was made and passed to name Kevin Estes, Jerry Strawn and Dick Stuhr as the Directors of the Association.
A motion was made and passed to direct Kevin Estes to conduct the following business for the Association:
Register the Association with the State of Washington.
Open a Bank Checking Account as the authorized signatory.
Prepare the Estimated Operating Budget for the Association.
The next meeting will be August 3, 1999.
The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
