Minutes of the Annual Meeting of the Sunland Division 17 Owners Association
Held Tuesday, August 3, 1999
The meeting was called to order at 5:00 p.m.by Kevin Estes, Agent. Others in attendance were Jerry Strawn and Dick Stuhr.
A motion was made and passed to approve the minutes of May 5, 1999 with no changes.
Kevin W. Estes advised the Association that the Bank Account has been opened at Interwest Bank, Sequim.
Kevin W. Estes advised the Association that the Association has been registered with the state of Washington.
Kevin W. Estes advised the Association that all dues are current. The landscaping service has been engaged and the required insurance is in effect until May 18, 2000.
The next meeting will be February 1, 2000. The meeting adjourned at 5:30 p.m.
