For all Unit Owners of Sunland Division 17 Owners Association

 Please mail all quarterly assessment payments to P. O. Box 1655, Sequim, WA 98382. Assessment payments are due in January, April, July and October. If you are not current on your assessment payment, please mail your payment today. Owner payments to the Association are deposited on approximately the 10th of each month. A schedule for 2009 payments was mailed to all Owners at the first of the year.

Her telephone number is 800-228-1930, x 7181. The Association master insurance policy is effective May 1, 2009 through May 1, 2012.
  • As a reminder, if you have landscape concerns or notice an area in need of attention, contact Mr. Lee Cox, landscape liaison, in writing. Mr. Cox walks the community regularly with the landscape service provider. The Association contracted with Parsinen Landscape Maintenance in September 2008 for landscape service. Per the terms of the contract, no work is conducted on any Owner plantings and no work is conducted behind Owner installed gates or fences.
  • Please do not adjust the landscaping sprinkler timing These are to be adjusted for proper landscape maintenance by Parsinen Landscape Maintenance only. If you have suggestions as to possible adjustments you would like to make to your timing system, contact Lee Cox in writing.
  • As the winter months approach, please be sure to winterize your home. In particular, it is required that you disconnect all hoses that are attached to the hose bib located on the exterior of your home to avoid damage to pipes in the interior of your unit. Damages that result from not disconnecting hoses properly will not be repaired at the expense of the Association.
  • If you plan any changes to the exterior of your unit, which may encumber the common areas of the Association, you must submit a written proposal to the Association and allow 30 days for written approval. Changes include any installed work such as fences, gates or modifications to any patio surface. Send these requests to the Association, not to the landscape liaison.
  • The roads in Sunland North are in the final stages of dedication to Clallam Part of the dedication process is to petition the County to formally accept the roads.
  • In an effort to improve response time, Tricia Troxler is now assisting Jo Anne Estes with Association matters. You may contact Tricia at the same email Kris Osborn will hand deliver the quarterly newsletter to Owners. Thank you, Kris.
  • If you sell your home in Sunland North, you will be required to complete a Seller’s Disclosure form if your property is listed with a The Buyer of your home may be assessed a fee by Sunland Owners Association (SLOA.)
  • If you have concerns about the common areas of the Association, you must advise the Association in writing.
  • The Annual Meeting of Sunland Division 17 Owners Association will be Tuesday, August 11th at 10:00 at the Sunland Golf & Country Club poolside room.
