Please mail all quarterly assessment payments to P. 0. Box 1655, Sequim, WA 98382. Assessment payments are due in January, April, July, and October. If you are not current on your assessment payment, please mail your payment today. Owner payments to the Association are deposited on approximately the 10th of each month. A schedule for 2009 payments is enclosed.

- As a reminder, ifyo1,1 have landscape concerns or notice an area in need of attention, contact Lee Cox, landscape liaison, in writing. Mr. Cox walks the community regularly with the landscape service provider. The Association contracted with Parsinen Landscape Maintenance in September 2008 for landscape service. Per the terms of the contract, no work is conducted on any Owner plantings and no work is conducted behind Owner-installed gates or fences.
- If you plan any changes to the exterior of your unit, which may encumber the common areas of the Association, you must submit a written proposal to the Association and allow 30 days for written approval. Changes include any installed work such as fences, gates, or modifications to any patio Send these requests to the Association, not to the landscape liaison.
- The Sequim Prairie Irrigation Company will be conducting work to improve their irrigation ditch along Sequim Dungeness Way. They will rough grade the disturbed area and replant with grass seed. The area will be left clean, and no trees will be damaged. The work is scheduled to be complete by April 2009. This work is necessary to save the Irrigation Company water, currently being lost at the rate of several hundred gallons per minute.
- The roads in Sunland North are in the final stages of dedication to Clallam County. Part of the dedication process is to petition the County to formally accept the roads.

- If you sell your home in Sunland North, you will be required to complete a Seller’s Disclosure form if your property is listed with a The Buyer of your home may be assessed a fee by Sunland Owners Association (SLOA.)
- A study of the financial reserves of the Association will be conducted this year.
