If you’re proposing a change to your unit exterior, you need to submit three related forms for review by the Architectural Control Committee:
Exterior Change Request Form, Hold Harmless Agreement Form, and
Neighbor Consent Form (September 2018)
These forms (one file, three forms) must be downloaded, filled out, signed by various parties, and mailed back.
Exterior paint requests (for Board-scheduled painting):
- Exterior Paint Change Request form Triplex Units Only (PDF)
- Exterior Paint Change Request form Duplex Units Only (PDF)
- Exterior Paint Change Request form Mt Baker Units Only (PDF)
If your building is scheduled for repainting, you need to download the appropriate form, fill it out, get it signed by the various parties, and mailed back.
Questions about exterior changes not of a maintenance nature should be sent to architecture@sunlandnorth.org — but forms must be submitted on paper.
