The Sunland Division 17 Annual Member Meeting has most often been held in September, but due to timing of certain financial reports, was pushed back to October in 2025, and it will continue with that schedule into the foreseeable future. The annual member meeting is used to elect Board members, approve the budget for the next year, and deal with other issues that require the attention of the entire membership.
