The 2024 Annual Member Meeting saw several important accomplishments: the 2025 budget was voted on and passed; a revamped set of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&Rs) was voted on and passed, new members were elected to the Board, Board and committee reports were offered, members were invited to ask questions and explore issues, and neighbors got to see one another in one of the larger social gatherings of the year.
